Finally, a TRULY useful data export app that solve quite a few Shopify shortcomings... App works extremely well, but the best is the professional and very prompt response.

Just downloaded the app and Darren helped me with a custom report. Amazing! I'm on the basic Shopify plan which allows limited reporting so this app hopefully will help with more complex reports.

This app is fairly easy to use and does the basics of what you need, but the best part is the support team. We've had a lot of questions with how to do things and they have always responded quickly and helped us significantly. We would advise trying it just for that reason!

Everything about this app is unique. I have never come across such a comprehensive and well thought out app. Not only is it an exceptional solution, where you can see the attention to detail in every click you make, but its support also goes beyond words. Vinith's support is absolutely brilliant, dedicated, and fast. Also, what a difference it makes when the app's pricing strategy gives their clients time to scale up their sales. So smart and coherent, in every sense. There is absolutely no reason not to install this app. When I found it, it looked like exactly what I was looking for; but in reality it is much more. Perfect.

Chat support is pretty much reply on the fly and it not taking them so long to customize the report that I need. Thumbs up!!

These guys are unreal, the app, the reporting and the customer service is next level, we have used GLEW and other expensive and complicated data reports all of which were far to complex and costly, Data export has the same data points and its easy for anyone to create a report of jump on their chat and they help you, all for the monthly price included. We love it!

Out of the box, this application can build fantastic reports....We've let their suite of pre-built reports become our blueprint. When taking a multi-million dollar business onto Shopify, Data Export I/O has been a lifesaver and a pleasant surprise. In addition, their live help is fantastic.

This app allows you to use all Shopify the data from your shop and make useful reports out of it; there is an incredible amount of dimensions that can be used. Customer support is great, John was a fantastic help in creating a specific report i needed via online chat functionality. 5 stars!

This app is great! The reports are easy to create, with many prebuilt options native to the app. I love that the reports are easy to understand too, makes it much faster to get the information that you need. Support is quick and attentive too! Madhu helped me create a custom report in just a matter of minutes! Can't recommend this app enough, WAY better than any of the analytics that are built into Shopify's own reporting.
