Data Export IO: Reports

Absolutely essential for us to transform our Shopify orders into order formats our internal fulfilment and financial systems use.

So far the app has shown that it has similar reporting capabilities to Shopify Reports (but actually works - which Shopify reports hasn't done all month). There are lots of options to manipulate the data, and live chat support to assist you in creating a specific report. While I think it will take a while to fine tune to our needs, I think for most this app will serve them well.

This is a good App to automatically download order transactions to my ftp site, but what I am most impressed is their customer service.
They will go out of their ways to help you create custom reports and follow up until everything is good.

We just downloaded this app looking for a specific report to be generated, and it did exactly what we needed. After contacting support (Reuben was extremely helpful and generated what we asked and showed us how) we quickly got results, as well as a quick way to run the report again. We have been using Shopify for over 6 years and my only real frustration was my ability to extract the data that was in the Shopify system in a usable format in order to perform month/year end accounting functions. Historically I used the few data extracts that Shopify provided and wrote complicated excel formulas and kept side spreadsheets to perform these functions. Data Export has solved all my problems. If it's in the Shopify database they can extract it for you quickly and in a usable format - all you have to do is ask them, Simple reconciliations and analysis details that used to take me hours now just take minutes, The staff is attentive and extremely quick to respond. If you are like me and you are responsible for handling the accounting and other back end functions for a Shopify store this is BEST app you can get!!!!!!!!!

Data Export work well and you can trust their very nice support if needed.
