These people care about their customers and getting their reports right! Within 24 hours of installing this app, John set up a custom report for me for exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this app if you need data exports!
Absolutely the best app I could think of for making reports. I have had so many frustrating moments with Shopify's custom reports because you can't add all their fields to reports. With Data Export you can select all fields you want to your report and with such an easy way. I have had also super fast and good customer service when I needed help. All my requests are done. And now when I know how advanced this app is, the imagination is the limit anymore. Using product tags and custom scripts in Data Export will give all you need when making reports for accounting or what ever from your store. Thanks!
Excellent customer care and attention to needs! The data export tool is able to pull anything I've needed from Shopify and having their customer support accessible is useful in managing the data in the required format I needed.
They get the job done effectively, it takes some communication but they always work to tailor the report to what is required.
This app is great! You can have reports automated and emailed. It makes end of the month reporting a breeze. The online chat is quick in easy to assist in customizing reports to your needs. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed with the carelessness of support- staff said they would update the app because it was so slow but they deleted it and all our reports without any consultation. Having explained how important it was to our business the staff promised to restore things, and kept promising...until they went home for the weekend. During this time they promised a 24-hr solution but this never happened. We made is very clear how important the app was to our business but they didn't care less.
In the end we used Easy Reports which is much quicker and intuitive and slightly less expensive.

This is by far the best reporting APP for shopify. It has so many options for building custom reports that are just what you need, and they always have extremely responsive support staff who help you out with any issue. I highly recommend this product.
