Data Export IO: Reports

Very helpful app and customer service. I was able to get exactly the information I needed with just a few clicks.

I use this app on all 3 of our Shopify stores because it is that good... it gives us any easy way to run reporting on every possible data point that exists in Shopify. We don't even run any reports in Shopify any more at this point everything is run from Data Export as there is 10 times the data, formatting, and ease of use. Plus the customer service is the best I have come across for any app and we have lots. Great Product and Great Service!

I needed this app for tax reasons, i wanted to know how much vat i had to pay for one specific country. The customer service helped me with that. Vinith helped me with that. Great app

I needed a custom report created quickly ... Vincent from their support team had a report up and running in 10 mins for me that saved us hours of work! Very quick and friendly service, I highly recommend.

Within minutes of downloading the app we were chatting with a tech that customized a sales report that we were unable to obtain via shopify for our multiple platforms. We make each item to order and were needing to see which products were performing the least including those that populated no sales at all. As shopify analytics reports only showed sales this app provided immediate assistance and success to see all products performance starting from zero. Even more exciting they cloned the export across our other channels for ease of review on all platforms.

I feel bad to put a 2 stars review as the support is very reactive and is trying their best to help you.

But the product itself was just built totally the wrong way. It's ultra complicated to use, I've been using several export tools already and the logic behind this app is just a nightmare to understand. It made me lost few hours, I need now to find an alternative.

They told me they will make a big update soon as they received other similar feedbacks. Therefore this review might not be relevant in the next few months.
