I downloaded this app to generate CSV files with customised columns of my orders each day. Shopifys Export function had too many unnecessary columns that i was wasting time deleting each day. This app has saved me so much time! I also received some help using it via online chat- their customer service is amazing too. Highly recommended.

Oh my goodness, this App comes with the best customer support I have ever seen in my life!! I have the exact report I wanted and it's all thanks to the folks behind that app who helped me for free. I tried about 5 other reporting apps before landing on this one. Each of the others was super hard to figure out and I did not get nearly the same level of support I have here. This app did everything we need, but what was even better was the support they provide. Any time we had questions or needed assistance they were available and quickly able to answer our questions and help set up the reports we need. Live chat feature they provide is great. We have many reports scheduled to email and upload to FTP, in all different formats.
