This app solved all my reporting challenges. After coding custom tag fields on the registration page and linking it to my internal customer numbers, I was finally able to run a report that was needed. Forget upgrading to advance shopify plans, get this app!
A very good product that does what it says on the box but what really makes this great is the support team. They solve complex problems right away, evey time.
I use this app for custom reporting for my retail business. Shopify's limitation on locations limits my ability to track sales, etc at all 9 locations. Using the "device_id" field from the API as a proxy for location I can do everything I need. The support is FANTASTIC!!! besides standard canned reports they will create custom reports for you on the spot! it's been great!
We use this app to create our order reports so that they can be uploaded into our back end system. It is perfect for what we need, and the support has been awesome with helping us set up the reports and even customizing them to our needs.
Using this app on several of my stores and never disappointed. The app and the customer service are five stars.

Excellent customer care and attention to needs! The data export tool is able to pull anything I've needed from Shopify and having their customer support accessible is useful in managing the data in the required format I needed.
They get the job done effectively, it takes some communication but they always work to tailor the report to what is required.

App itself is great in terms of visibility when you're downloading the report vs downloading them via shopify especially when the number of orders increases. Shopify default download is unable to handle that.
Very disappointed with the carelessness of support- staff said they would update the app because it was so slow but they deleted it and all our reports without any consultation. Having explained how important it was to our business the staff promised to restore things, and kept promising...until they went home for the weekend. During this time they promised a 24-hr solution but this never happened. We made is very clear how important the app was to our business but they didn't care less.
In the end we used Easy Reports which is much quicker and intuitive and slightly less expensive.
