Really helpful app to get a lot of different insights in sales, etc. I for example had Sales by Custom Collections made, which shows me exactly which collections work best, which need an extra push, etc.
I needed to be able to export sales data into a spreadsheet for analysis. I didn't exactly the report I needed, so via chat I was able to ask Dominic for the report. He set it up and scheduled it for me, no problem. After looking at it I wanted to add some things, so I was able to easily edit the report, add what I wanted, and even get it sent directly to my Google Drive. Love it!
Customer Support chat was swift and helpful. Madhu took care of answering all of my questions. Our reports run accurately and on time.
Great reporting app, easy to use and if you do get stuck on any more advanced functions then the support team is very responsive and helpful.

Better than Better Reports!!! Highly recommend using this app for reporting. They worked with us to custom create exactly the report we needed with tax information and shipping costs broken out when Shopify wouldn't show shipping costs! Can't recommend them enough.
