I asked one question and Arun was off and running working to help me get exactly the data I wanted out of not just one site, but multiple sites! There was a little back and forth to get everything exactly the way I wanted it, but Arun made it happen!
Great app! Interface/setup takes a little getting used to, but the support is OUTSTANDING. Does exactly what I needed it to do. Would recommend.
The app is easy to use and for the past 2-3 years have used it for several different purposes. Great design and features. Recently--on two separate occasions--I've had a question or two so I chatted online. The two different "chatters" were very efficient, personable, and most important, skilled. I highly recommend this app.
Exactly the app that i need. After "Relic Sales Volume Report" app got deleted and not working anymore, i searched for another alternative and found this app! Reuben was kind enough to help me to generate the first report and it has the number of sales by SKU and time period which i need. It's not graphical interface but once u get the report done, it's basically just a click away to generate your latest report. Give it a try!
This app was absolutely amazing!! Saved me hours of downloading data and editing excel spreadsheets. The live agent James was also amazing! He helped me navigate the program. Although, it is extremely user friendly. I definitely recommend!!
Fantastic experience...we use this app for both of our sites and every time I run into an issue creating a custom report they are quick to respond and help. It is amazing to find such a responsive team to work with. Above all the app allows us to get to the data we need to run our business more efficiently...cannot recommend Data Export enough!
I use this app to export reports that Shopify does not provide in their analytics section. The best thing about the app is I can custom generate reports. I mean isn't that the solution to all your data export problems. Love this app.
