I used to go crazy having to download the entire Shopify database every time I needed to get a report out of inventory. Data Export is easy, fast and has excellent customer support. The first time I asked for help the rep actually created the report for me within a minute. I'm still in the trial period, but this looks like a good investment.

Brilliant app which we'd highly recommend if you want flexibilty and to drill deeper into your data. Not only does it give you access to every possible piece of information tracked on your store but you can manipulate the data and schedule your reports really easily. We found our way around the interface really easily but one of our reports was quite complex. We got in touch with Freddy and he did a stellar job and set it all up for us. When we realised we needed a few tweaks he sorted it out for us super quickly. Great tool and great support!
We are a 3PL and we needed to ftp some files on a weekly basis to a third-party vendor for 4 of our Shopify clients. We were unsure how to do this and opened a request with DataExport to help us out. They gladly set this up for us and are always offering to help us with any reports we need assistance with.

This app is a lifesaver for calculating taxes for remittance periods, but mostly because the support is amazing! They can build specific reports with great detail simply based on my description of what I needed.

This is a very good app for me, it gives me all the datas I need for my bookkeeper and it spares me hours of work and pay for itself.
