Data Export IO: Reports

We set up our Store site in early 2019. And just set up another site this month. We immediately used Data Export for the new site because of our terrific experience with our first site.

This is honestly one of the best apps and customer service team I've had the pleasure of working with. This tool is so flexible for any reporting needs. It can pull in metafields. It can let you create formulas. Absolutely outstanding.

Oh and if you get stuck at 3am creating an urgent report, they have 24/5 excellent customer service.

Using this as a tool to get around the Shopify limited out of the box reporting for Shopify Markets.

We've been using Data Export for over a year for basic scheduled reports, and it's perfectly functional for that. However, where it really excels is customization.

I just started using it for some more complicated reports and integrations and I'm impressed by the app's ability to report on custom metafields. There was a slight issue with some out of date documentation, but the support chat was extremely helpful: Sree set up the metafield column I needed very quickly, offered to set up any others I needed, and answered all of my questions about the script being used so I should be able to set everything up on my own in the future.

I'm also quite appreciative of the export options, both scheduled and manual. I'm setting up an integration that requires FTP transfers and thought I'd have to do manual report edits and need a 3rd party program, but Data Export has both advanced column formatting tools and FTP support built in, alongside google drive.

While I typically need fairly advanced features, the app is also very easy and intuitive to use. You can set it up entirely with plain-english "select from list" if you want to, or you can get deep in the details with custom scripts. Overall, highly recommend, regardless of your technical requirements it's just very functional and I keep finding more things it can do.

Data Export helped me consolidate multiple product variants that share SKUs into an simple Sales by SKU report. Would recommend.

Data Export makes data analysis and fetching data very easy. I haven't encountered a problem that was not easily fixed by the incredibly helpful customer support who are readily available. Highly recommend Data Export for all your data analysis needs.

This is a very useful app. It offers a ton of default fields for your reports and it is great to have the ability to create custom fields that match your business's needs. Customer support is very responsive and they will customize your reports for you.

Currently using this app to work with several bespoke functions added to our store. The support is excellent!!! They respond to every request almost instantly. An excellent tool if this is the sort of app you are looking for.

The app is able to configure a report that is useful for my daily operations and the support has been stellar!
