Data Export IO: Reports

I needed to alter a precreated report so that it gave me the Net Taxable Sales and Net Total Sales to report for sales tax purposes. Dominic helped me update the report and change the headings so now I only have to run the report each month and the values are calculated for me automatically. So grateful! Loved the fast response too.

This app has been a life saver for things like sales taxes and other data reports. it is so customizable! i have had 2 different people help me create the report I need just by telling them a few words and they make it so fast and correctly. they also taught me how to do it myself. so helpful, worth every penny and I am so glad I don't have to try to create this stuff on my own because I have thousands of orders. I'll be using this app all the time.

There is a reason why this app has virtually all 5 star reviews. The out of the box reports are great. The ability to create your own reports and even add custom / calculated fields is excellent. The ability to schedule the reports and the flexibility is awesome. And to top it off, their real time chat support is excellent. I have reached out multiple times via there support chat service and every time the wait has been very short and the responses have always resulted in a solution to my particular problem. The customer service on this app is so fast. In minutes James built out the report with the info that we need. Also if you have multiple stores, they can copy over the reports you need to your other stores. This app will help us save time sifting through multiple Excel files exported from Shopify by being able to show all the columns and data we need all in one report. I look forward to working with more of this app and seeing what else we can do with it to support our business with the data it can pull and compile in an easy to use and readable way.
