Gross Incompetence and Zero Accountability

I strongly advise all business owners to avoid using this courier service. Their logistics operations and customer support are completely abysmal.

They mishandled a shipment of mine worth 7,000, repeatedly changing the tracking status from "lost" to "found" and back to "lost." It has now been over a month, and the package has neither been delivered to my customer nor returned to me (RTO).

Attempting to resolve this is a dead end. Their customer support relies entirely on unhelpful, automated emails with zero human intervention. To add insult to injury, they arbitrarily rejected my compensation claim despite holding onto my lost inventory.

A logistics company cannot survive with such severe operational failures and a blatant disregard for its sellers. If you value your business and your customers, take your shipping volumes elsewhere.

**Worst experience with Delhivery.**

At the time of generating the AWB, they show you one shipping amount, but when the final invoice comes, you are charged a completely different amount—sometimes **2X or 3X higher**. Then they give excuses like incorrect dimensions, volumetric weight, reweighment, etc., without proper transparency or proof.

The worst part is their **customer support**. They simply say “raise a ticket,” and getting any meaningful resolution is almost impossible. I was even told that proper support is mainly for businesses doing **700+ orders**; otherwise, just keep raising tickets.

I have been charged so much in additional costs that in some cases the logistics charges almost **eat up the entire profit from the order**.

For a company of this size, this kind of billing and support is extremely disappointing. **Show the correct price while generating the AWB, charge the same amount, and if there is any adjustment, provide proper proof and transparency.**

Growing businesses need reliable logistics partners, not **surprise charges and useless support.**
