We have been shipping with Delhivery for the last 2 years. However, for the last one month or so, there have been a lot of weight discrepancies, and charges have been deducted from our wallet.
Also, at the time of delivery (or whenever there is any issue), we are not able to reach the local delivery center or the executives.
I have tried reaching out to customer care through tickets, but they have been constantly misleading and are in a hurry to close the tickets without providing any resolution. This has frustrated me to the point that we are planning to stop doing business with Delhivery.
I have also raised a complaint on the consumer forum regarding the harassment and the way this is impacting our business.
Worst app and worst service!
shipment status is not changing to "Ready for Pickup" no matter how many times we click "Add to Pickup". This isn’t the first time we’ve faced this issue. No response to the tickets, and there is no real person to talk to.

Platform is good and the rates are good. Moved onto this from Shiprocket as there were many issues there but now we are starting to face the same issues here. Our customers are receiving different products from what we sent, There are different products coming in RTO. There seems to be some scam going on within the sorting team in their Hub and we the brand are facing customer abuse and tarnishing our name because of this. Only option is to raise tickets as AM who is assigned never picks up the call and is busy all the time.
There is absolutely no way to talk to a real agent at Delhivery. For the past one week, there have been no pickups at all, yet every day we receive a false update saying “shipper not available” when we are very much at our location with shipments ready.
Their customer support only gives copy-paste responses without solving the actual problem. The web app is in a terrible state pickup requests don’t even show properly in the dashboard.
No proper escalation, no accountability, and no way to directly connect with an agent or manager. For a company of this scale, this level of service is unacceptable.

It has been 5 days and the Delhivery team responds once a day or not at all and the shipment has still not been picked. Worst experience I have ever had.
This is for Leadership Team. We run thebakingtools.com and the past 72 hours in Amravati have damaged our brand—we’re now fielding constant customer calls about delayed parcels because pickups didn’t happen, staff said “no vehicle—self-drop”, and parcels can sit 2–3 days. Between 26–29 Aug 2025 we even cancelled ~200 orders to avoid further disappointment. There’s no fixed pickup window (11:00 AM–8:30 PM), a Hub vs Center blame loop, and no after-hours accountability. All POC are enjoyng holidays with not a single call or email to local office. This is for specially my POC Akash Nishad, Nikita Priyambada & Gauri Ganesh.

3rd service provide delhivery our parcel is still not receive to our customer and we create ticket but still not resolve my issue and our delhivery manager saying we cant help you so why delhivery assign dedicate manager when she dont help me i Recommend dont use delhivery courier service.

I had a terrible experience with Delhivery. They deducted the payment right after I created a pickup request, but never came to collect the parcel. and this happened multiple times. This is completely unfair and feels like a money-grabbing practice. Highly untrustworthy service.

Just to recap for your future reference: COD needs to be enabled directly in your Shopify Admin (under Settings > Payments > Manual Payment Methods) before it becomes visible at checkout. Once that is switched on, Delhivery One will automatically detect COD orders.
