not able to choose any plan not clicking. It's just frustrated me. Don't know why it is happening. I have also contacted the team.

We've responded immediately on this. The issue is because you've selected plan and then uninstall this application and then re-installed, In this case it will not allow to choose plan again. We've resolved it for your store.

This app sucks, we can't select package. i told them to improve the app. but still it's not working properly....

Pickup setting don't work get authentication failure messages when a pickup is raised.
Tried contacting the support team they are least bothered.
Update - Issues were fixed and taken care off by the team

We use this app to ship through Delhivery & Bluedart shipping services. The app does what is required. And if there is an issue once in a while, the team is very responsive on email. This is a good app if you are shipping multiple packages daily.
