The latest Improvements on the app for DHL shipping allowing us to have a very fast batch generation of shipping labels - this saves us a lot of time during fulfillment. The support team is very kind and replys at least within 24h. They have an open ear for suggestions and working constantly on improvements. Even if the "Packstation" feature isn't implemented yet, they are working on this too. We're looking forward to this implementation and are very happy with the DHL app!

Diese kostenlose DHL Anbindung war einer der Hauptgründe, warum ich von Wix (geht nur Sendcloud für 40€/Monat) zu Shopify gewechselt bin - ich hab's nicht bereut. Ich würde mir zwar noch wünschen, dass man Versandregeln einrichten und so die App automatisch nach Gewicht z.b. Warenpost und Paket erkennt, aber dennoch bin ich absolut zufrieden. Hatte letztens plötzlich eine Fehlermeldung, die innerhalb von 24 Stunden behoben war - wirklich top Kundenservice, das ist man in Deutschland gar nicht gewohnt. Vielen Dank!

Die App ist einfach und mit den Anleitungen eigenständig bedienbar. Ich habe dennoch etwas Unterstützung vom Support erhalten, da ich erstmal rausfinden musste, welche Funktionen generell wichtig sind. Der Support reagierte schnell und sehr präzise auf meine Fragen. Ich kann die App sehr weiterempfehlen, vor allem auch jenen, die noch ganz frisch mit ihrem Unternehmen starten. Liebe Grüße

Sollte man falsche Daten eingetragen haben, müsst ihr euer Konto vom Anbieter löschen lassen. Kann man leider nicht selbst machen.
Dachte erst die App Unterstützt nicht die 100x70mm Label der Warenpost. Unterstützt sie doch. Hatte mit einem DHL-Mitarbeiter die Benutzer eingerichtet. An Anfang gingen die Labels mit den Einstellungen nicht. Der Systemnutzer muss separat die Labels eigerichtet bekommen. Der Entwickler der App hat mir umgehen geholfen das Problem zu lösen. Vielen Dank nochmal an dieser Stelle!

Anfangs hat die App ein paar Fehler verursacht. Nachdem ich aber dem Support geschrieben hatte und mein Problem geschildert hatte, wurde alles schnell und unkompliziert gelöst! Also falls jemand Probleme habt: Schreibt dem Support und ihr bekommt schnell eine Lösung und eine nette Unterhaltung noch dazu!! Ich freue mich sehr, dass ich meine Etiketten jetzt immer über das System drucken kann! :) Läuft alles super!
