I've only been using BIG Digital Download for a short while, but I can already tell it's a quality app. I have tried 3 other digital download apps previously and I was not satisfied with any of them. So I know a good one when I see it. The interface gives you options, yet is very simple at the same time. My products are delivered to customers with no issues and the pricing of this app is fair! First of all, as a newbie with only 50% comprehension skills of the average person, I am still able to use the app.
Secondly, the customer service person and the Chat function itself are two of the bests I have ever encountered. The chat let me know when there were incoming messages and was easier to navigate than Shopify's. And Leo was completely able to get me information at my level. I feel confident that a person with skills, even basic ones I do not have, can master this app with ease. And that I can get all the help I need, if I need it.
This app is pretty user-friendly to get set up and customer service was VERY helpful in filling in where I needed help making some adjustments.
No issues so far, easy to ad any digital products, simple download instructions! I tried a few other apps and I was dissatified with both of them. Glad that this has worked smoothly.

I just got the app and was having a little bit of trouble with setting stuff up.
