This is the biggest season of the year for sales and they messed up all my prices. I contact the support and told me that takes 24 hours to fix the issue because the developers are in Eastern Europe.. In the meantime I need to sell for a lost of $100 per product, All my marketing strategy is lost and cost of advertisement also. However, its day time in Europe right now.
I do not recomand this application if they don't have a way to fix severe issues.
Don't install it if you have more than 20 iterations.
This App is great! It took a little while for me to fully understand it but it is worth the money. Also the support is great! They get back to you really fast when you have questions about their program. Definitely makes planning ahead a lot easier.

This app works just as expected. It's pretty light weight compared to other apps which inject loads of javascript, css etc. Discounts are applied quickly and consistent across thousands of SKUs in my store. Customization options are totally sufficient. Keep up the good work!

I find this APP easy to use and it does exactly what it says, its so great as it only takes seconds to discount a complete collection without having to issue discount codes, 5 starts www.sydneyvapor.com.au
The most easiest and fastest way to create sales and discounts I have found. Especially if you are running more than one sale at a time. Any problems with installing just one email and i had all the assistance i needed. Excellent!
One of the discount groups that I created was not activating for more than 24 hours and I contacted them as soon as realized that. It took more than 48 hours for them to fix it which was little disappointing but they said because it was on weekend. However, they took care of it!
This app makes setting up our sales so much easier! Works perfectly! Customer support is reactive and helpful.
The app runs very smoothly so far. No bugs at all when the designated promotion is running. It is user friendly too. I just create the discount I want and the click create and everything is done nicely. There is even a real time status on the screen to show me that the discount programme is in progress till it is completed for promotion running in the next few minutes. Bravo!
