My first experience with DOBA was extremely disappointing. After nearly 12 months of effort, I finally received my first sale, only to discover I could not use my business banking account to pay for the product due to banking/payment setup limitations within the platform.
For a service that charges multiple subscription and platform fees, I expected a much smoother onboarding and payment process. This created unnecessary friction at a critical moment for my business and significantly impacted my confidence in the platform.

Doba is a great dropshipping platform. It's easy to setup and connect my stores, it provides automation and if 2 or more stores is connected,you can redeem a coupon to use! Adding products is so simple with one click. I would definitely recommend using this app.
Doba makes it so complicated to use a prepay plan, so that I am not getting charged 2 times for using a credit card. I am getting charged through my stripe account when the customer uses their credit card and then a second time through Doba. When I asked for help setting this up, they would not help me.
