DOOFINDER ‑ Search & Discovery

This app has helped my search issues. Daniel Peachy from doofinder is the best! He is full of knowledge of this app and makes it easy for me to use! He is the greatest!!

Just started using the app and love it already. It's user friendly and the customer service is awesome. Kiran answered all my questions, was great about calling on time, and was very patient. The only thing I don't appreciate is that to have the app sync with shopify more than once per day is a paid feature, so any newly added products during the day won't show up until after the sync point. I think this should just come built in to the app.

The search bar was very basic on our website, that's why we decided to try Doofinder. Now it is much more dynamic, intelligent and personalized for each client. You can also manually enter or delete data if you wish.
Also the customer service is incredible! Diana Sanchez has helped us with everything, always very concerned to solve our doubts and help us to make the most of all the tools that Doofinder has to offer.

I love how this app looks on our website. Ivan was very patient and helpful with me whilst setting up and explaining all that we could do to improve our sales conversion rate.
The stats are also very helpful in knowing how our customers shop and what they search for the most.
