I was having real issues with the Shopify search bar bring zero results back to customers due to spelling issues so decided to give this a go. I was contact by Shaun who talked me through the features and what this search bar could do, he was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. The search bar itself looks great and is easy to use for the customer. I am very pleased with the features that I have used so far

Doofinder really is a step up in customer experience (and therefore conversion rate) when compared to Shopify's default search engine. Shaun was fantastic, giving us a 30 day trial and showing the ropes free of charge. There was no pressure to buy, but frankly once you've seen Doofinder in action, you will.

Vendor reached out and asked we run through the trial which we reluctantly did as our theme search function was already pretty good. After going through the trial we did find value in the improved search analytics and function. Support has been thorough to get the app setup and to ensure it was working properly and we were aware of all the features. We decided to keep the app after going through the trial.
