As a business that sells a very niche, unique product this is a very helpful way for visitors to navigate my ecommerce store. For those new to my site, it is a discovery process to understand the many different designs of original art museum banners I carry. The tool has yielded a lot of searches already and it is super easy for visitors to use. The backend is simple to navigate as well. Thank you to Nicole for her thorough explanations and professionalism.

Currently using Doofinder on two Shopify stores. The search bar is really nice, I love the way it works. Most importantly, the tech support is top notch right from the start. Carl was great, set up everything for me, he made sure everything was set up correctly before leaving me. Many apps that I have are incomplete because of my lack of knowledge and lack of support. This is not the case with this company. They run their business the way a business should be run right from the start so I can get the most out of the app. Absolutley love the app and Doofinder as of this writing. This is a really impressive app to add to a website. It is easy to set up and get running. My ROI was seen in the first 30 days. Highly recommend. But to be honest as good as the app is, it was the extra-ordinary customer service I received from a very fine person. I listen to so many app solicitations and most I ignore. The app is good for any company that wants to reduce the time of work towards the search bar of their ecommerce, and the customer service is very professional, I also take this opportunity to thank Diana for her excellent service.

The installation of the app was easy enough and Luis from the call centre helped me through it. It is really fast and makes it easier for customers to find items. There are alternatives which are a little cheaper, but they don't offer the functionality and there always seems to be a problem with them in one way or another.
