The app is good for any company that wants to reduce the time of work towards the search bar of their ecommerce, and the customer service is very professional, I also take this opportunity to thank Diana for her excellent service.
The installation of the app was easy enough and Luis from the call centre helped me through it. It is really fast and makes it easier for customers to find items. There are alternatives which are a little cheaper, but they don't offer the functionality and there always seems to be a problem with them in one way or another.

We have been using the app for 30 days and it does help improve conversion rate. It sounds little bit expensive but it pays for itself and worth the investment considering how the search bar can contribute growing sales.

He answered any question I had and is continuing to help me through the process of setting this up. He contacted me several times through the trial period and was helpful.
