He helped us with fully utilizing the platform to get the most out of it, customizing the search bar to our desire, providing us with suggestions on analyzing our stats, and recommending unique ways to use search to better help our customers with their purchasing!
Very useful app for which we have only just begun to take advantage so certainly it has many more uses and features yet to be discovered. Very friendly, patient, knowledgeable contacts who have gone above and beyond to communicate and assist us.
