DOOFINDER ‑ Search & Discovery

Doofinder app is a huge improvement on the standard Shopify search feature. The extent of the features offered makes it easy to customise the search as well as giving the client a tailored search experience. We have just finished the 30-day trial and already it has accounted for one online sale which is impressive for high-value items and also improved our click-through rate. From an analytics perspective, it is easy to use. We receive many sales calls, in this instance, it was worth listening. Shaun is exceptionally helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He is certainly an asset to the Doofinder team.

Doo finder is a great app that has really helped our customers find what best feeds their needs. The generic search tool that was in place previously stands no where in comparison. Great search bar with results that provided a better look to our website. Being able to add images for sales is a great feature as well.

Andrew helped me out majorly in understanding how to use the app and made it seamless and painless. He also is available and eager to help me whenever i ned help creating banners and gaining a better grasp of the app. Its a really good app that shopify should recommend to all of its users. It really cleaned up my search bar, and product search making it easy for customers to find what they want.

For our website (balloonin.com), we had a lot of hurdles for Doofinder due to our unique setup needs, and Peter, along with the rest of the Doofinder support was fast to act and solved everything quickly. Not only did we speak on the phone several times, but we had video calls with screen sharing to make sure everything was handled properly which is so important to us at Balloon Innovations. With some apps, you feel like you're not sure if you're actually set up properly and maybe it's you that's the problem, but with Doofinder, they will look into your settings and let you know 100% if everything is set up correctly or not. This app might not be a fit for you and your store, but at least you'll know it before you waste 6 months and hundreds of dollars. Thanks again, Peter!

DoFinder is a very good Search Engine Tool that can make a big difference in your store conversion rate by giving your customers better searlch results,
their customer service is super excellent espacially Roco; thanks for your support & patience, all set up now!
The only concern in my openion is the pricing which is high & need to be revisited.

I have been working with Lisardo Gomez at DooFinder during my free trial period and he has been great. He has walked me through the whole process, it was very simple to set up. I can't wait to dig into more of the features.
