The app support is A1. I had an issue with the placement of the converter on my homepage and I was able to get almost immediate assistance via email. When I still wasn't satisfied with the way it was showing from a mobile phone, I was able to get a response right away and they suggested that I have I could have the app run in the background instead which helped a lot. I would definitely recommend this app!
