Every single time I install this app on one of my stores , Ihave the same exact problem. The converter does not convert. I am obliged to call support and even then sometimes it still doesn't work.

I have been facing some issues during checkout,
the symbol doesn't go away during check out but I'm gonna try the paid version and contact the customer care and take care of it..
overall I'd give these people 4/5 for being so awesome in inventing this app, but still some bugs to fix so only 4.

it's easy to use. Clear instructions. I like idea of having FREE currency converter. One thing I don't like is that i dont get automatic currency changer to free plan but still appreciate effort.
Helps me get a better conversion of customers from outside of USA. Definitely would recommend using this app. The automatic switch feature is great, If you have a lot of customer not buying from other countries this app is worth a try.
