I tried to use Dropcommerce for a second time for our store but I had another order canceled due to items not being shipped out by the vendor in 14 days (during the holiday season). No response from the vendor and Dropcommerce's customer service couldn't get a hold of the vendor. This has happened several times and I've lost business due to vendors not fulfilling orders or canceling orders. The vendors I loved working with have left Dropcommerce - sad because it was a great platform.

Love the ease of use and quality of most products and suppliers. DropCommerce makes it VERY easy to get products added to your store. Could improve the overall look/feel, and user experience.

Have struggled finding great products that can be dropshipped to Canada without paying a fortune. This is it!! The free version has a great selection so I can only imagine what the paid version has! Very easy to install and import to your store. The descriptions are great and don't require much tweeking. If there's anything I'd like to see it would be to have more lifestyle pictures in some of the products .

I've just started using DropCommerce and am really impressed with the amount of suppliers and quality of products I'm getting here! Having products ship from North America is a HUGE plus for my store because shipping time really cuts into my ROI. On the other side of things it also means a way lower amount of canceled or contested orders. This app is a no brainer for me.

I bought a template from them - but discovered it wasn't the latest version. They said the version was in process - but they would provide to me as soon as it was complete. And then stopped responding.

Easy to use, even for total newbies like me. Big selection of products and it looks like the list of products is expanding too.
I have used the app for almost a year and even paid for the annual subscription. I will not renew because the products are too high priced to make any profits.
Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you found the products expensive. To be transparent, we operate as an open marketplace, so the suppliers set their own rates, and we mandate that they offer at minimum a 30% margin, but since a lot of the products are made in the US with high quality materials in small batches, prices do tend to be higher.
However with that being said, the higher price points comes with an opportunity for happier customers and repeat business as our suppliers offer higher quality products and faster shipping times than many other dropshipping platforms.
We take all feedback into consideration and we do appreciate the opportunity to improve!

This app was easy to use. Has a small catalog but the products are of high quality. The products are a little pricey so you definitely need to have a niche market for what you bring into your store or you wont make any sales.
