Zonos provides customer-friendly and clear service itself, and also they have great, prompt customer service as well. If you got a slight problem using the app, then the customer service team will listen to you and fix things as fast as they can.

The software is seamless and the customer onboarding experience was great. I can't recommend Zonos enough. The interactive duties/taxes help button on our website is just a cherry on top of this great program. Thanks Shawn!

The customer service with these guys is amazing. They are thorough and take time to explain things whenever you need help. This app also helps you to deal with duties and taxes worry free. Would highly recommend their services.

Zono's has helped increase our international sales. We have shipped international for years, but with all the custom forms, HS codes and rules, it was overwhelming to ship each package. After we got past the setup part with Zono's, it is so easy. We literally click create label and everything populates correctly, it interacts with our UPS account and we do nothing but print a label. It even puts the tracking number into the Shopify order once its created. It has made our lives so much easier and the customers now know exactly what they are paying, they have the option to pay duties/tax upfront or when it arrives, but there are no surprises for them or us.

We have used this app to improve our customer journey and to reduce returns due to customers not having transparency over the taxes applicable to their order. Zonos has been really helpful in reducing issues relating to customer taxes and duties and the team are really responsive and very helpful when we have any questions. Zonos is really easy to use and saves a lot of time when automating the shipping labels.

After a few hiccups (my fault not zonos) we were able to get the app up and running to expand service to our international customers. Zonos is user friendly, efficient and their customer service is top notch! Really love their test cart so you know what to expect without having to commit to placing an actual test order. Really great team- couldn't recommend them more!
