The Shopify CarrierService API -also known as Carrier Calculated Shipping (CCS)-must be enabled for the app to return landed cost quotes. CCS is included with Advanced Shopify or higher. If your account does not include CCS, get it the following ways:
- Add CCS for a $20 monthly fee, OR
- Switch to an annual billing cycle, OR
- Upgrade your plan.
How do I ship a package that includes duty/tax? Your shipping software must allow duty/tax to be billed back to you (the shipper).
Does Shopify Shipping work with Zonos? No, it does not support shipping DDP

We have been using Zonos for several months and it is a game-changer for international shipping. No more agonizing customs forms - they are automatically completed! Click - click - and you are DONE! Customer service is fabulous. Calls and emails are answered very quickly and support stands behind their product. The only problem we had with a shipment was handled WAY above and beyond expectations.
I rarely leave a negative comment. I was so excited about this app. I tried to install it and I had a question about something. I sent an email to support team. Almost 24 hours later I called because I did not receive any response to email. This makes me worry because if I need to get in touch with the support team for an important issue, I do not know how long that will take. We use a lot of apps for our store and every single one of them provides excellent customer service. I really would love to use this app because it looks like this is the only app that is available on Shopify. I understand it may take more than 24 hours to respond sometimes but they should have sent an acknowledgement email at least. There is no chat option, you can’t reach out to support through the number they provide… I hope things get better so that we can use the app. If that happens, I will be sure to modify my review here.
