I needed help adding the app to the product page and making it work with my theme. I reached out to customer service and promptly received help. They requested access to my store within shopify after granting access they were able to customize my theme's product page quickly so that I had a buy button versus the variant selector quick list. I'm appreciate the quick response on a Sunday morning!

App cực kì dễ sử dụng, đa dạng custom options. Mình chưa dùng hết nhưng những tính năng đang sử dụng thì đều ok và giá cũng cực kì mềm so với các app personalize đã từng dùng.
Khi sử dụng mình gặp một vài lỗi thì team support và team Dev support rất nhiệt tình, đặc biệt là bạn Anne team support!
Hi vọng team sẽ tiếp tục nâng cấp app lên, có vài tình năng như hiển thị hình live preview khi customize, những app khác mình từng dùng có tính năng này và khách hàng rất dễ lựa chọn options khi mua hàng.

The app is awesome!!! IT doesn't have that annoying watermarks and also the team is the most supportive, fast and kind people I've ever met in an app.

BEWARE!!!!!
This is the worst app ever, period. I had used it for over 6 months and have lost so many businesses because of it. I have over 100 different option sets so migrating to another app means many many days of precious time and hard work lost to no avail.
1. It's very buggy and slow and hard to use. You literally have to save your work every 10 seconds other wise it may get lost.
2. It's not compatible with the native shopify environment, which means you will get lots of systematic bugs using this app and will lose a lot of customers.
3. It has issue with currency conversion. For example, if I have a customer in Japan and my product is priced in japanese yen for that customer, let's say 15000 yen. when that customer proceeds to checkout, he will be charged $15000 USD instead of $100 USD after conversion. For this reason I have lost a lot of clients.
4. The add on price function doesn't work right, which means the customers wont be charged for the add on prices at checkout. customer service offered to have it fixed for me for all listings in less than 24 hours but it's been three days now and I never heard from them again.
5. the app is too poorly written that it slows your website speed. run a test at pagespeed and you will see what I mean.
Final verdict, avoid this app before you make commitment in it.
