The customer service from Easify is incredibly helpful. I just downloaded the app for my store. The few issues I had for initially integrating it into my site were immediately solves by the Lich in customer service. They helped properly activating the app and were quick to customize things so it perfectly matched my brand colours, look, and font. This is the app you should invest in for expanding the variants of your products.

I recently came across a Shopify app called Easify and my experience, especially with the support staff member Hoa, has been nothing short of exceptional. I installed the free version of Easify onto my Shopify store running on the Canopy 5.1.1 theme and encountered an error during the setup due to a specific configuration of my theme. Wanting to give the app a fair assessment, I reached out to their support team for assistance.
In less than 10 minutes, Hoa had logged into my account as a collaborator and not only rectified the integration issue but also provided me with screenshots explaining what was done and how. This level of service, particularly for a free app, was truly surprising and something I am extremely grateful for. I haven't paid a dime for it yet, but the immediate and thorough support I received has convinced me that I will definitely be upgrading to a paid version soon. Amazing customer service. Lich helped me to fix a minor UX request in a few minutes by logging in and making custom changes. It was an amazing quick and great fix! I really appreciate it, especially that I'm in the free tier yet. I'm considering subscribing though this app is amazing with plenty of features and great customer support!

I've only been using the app for the first day, but I can't help but admire the support team (Lich)! It would have been easier to move settings such as text color into the UI, but all my requests were met upon request.

I am a small business from India, we make products out of fabric waste.
I have never seen this kind of support and understanding from any other product maker till now. The support was amazing, they go out of the way to help. I uninstalled the app the first time, thinking it was bad. But, they made me come back and I will be using them for all my custom orders. Thank you Net, for this help.

The most garbage app, I immediately recommend you TO NOT USE THIS. You can't even save any Options Sets, it's actually a bug, with no live chat.
I'm telling you right now, litterally, there is no save button, so you can not even use this app properly. It takes you 30 mins to figure out the entire app is not functioning. Absolute garbage, waste of time, nasty, ugly design, doesnt even integrate into any themes or page builders, such as PageFly.
DO NOT even bother, trust me.
