I would HIGHLY recommend this app. We are a Gifting company which means a lot of customisation and this app made the setup so easy and allowed us to tailor our products to meet the different needs of our customers.
Above my expectations were the support staff that were always super friendly and available to answer my many questions and to go above and beyond to help me with our customised setup. I really do appreciate their deep understanding and patience.

I'm just using the Free Version, but I had an issue with info on packing slips... I reached out to support, and Lich solved the problem in under 5 minutes! Can't beat that kind of tech support.
Love to try the paid version but it's too expensive for me right now.

I've installed this and had it less than 30 seconds and already it's saved me a TON of work. Hoang popped up in the built in live chat to check in when I was circling the same page repeatedly, so it's good to know there's someone to help if you need it.

After a bit of learning, I was able to do quite a lot of cool things with different products and changes that auto-populate throughout the store. When I did have a question, I reached out to customer support late one night and they responded immediately and had solved my issue in less than an hour. Definitely appreciate them!

I have outstanding service from the support, I have obtained a response every time within 24 hours, even a few times within an hour, even on weekends :-)......... Hoa fixed it for me, under my suggestion, corrected the application for my needs

Amazing customer support. Had quite some issues integrating it into our site correctly, but Net went above and beyond and fixed almost all the issues & requests I had. Tried many variant apps, but this is the only one I can recommend.
