I couldn't test the app due to other problems regarding my own store but if you need help, they will be there pretty fast.
The support is excellent. They even restored me trial period that I haven't used. I have tested the application and it is working great. I have more knowledge about Meta Business Suite so I decided to proceed on my own but for the start and intermediate level of knowledge this is a time saver application.
