App ist gut und funktioniert relativ reibungslos. Es meldet sich aber nach mehreren Anfragen keiner beim Kundendienst - wir haben ein Problem mit einem technischen Aspekten. Das finde ich für ein bezahltes Abo doch sehr schwach.
Update: Via Support Ticket direkt auf der 247APPS erhielt ich eine Antwort.
Die App funktioniert nicht nur wunderbar und nimmt uns im Versand seit Jahren viel Arbeit ab, sondern was auch immer weniger wird, der Support ist Klasse. Man bekommt sofort Unterstützung und es wird auch auf Feetback und Wünsche eingegangen. Top Kundenservice und absolute Empfehlung dieser App!!! Es gibt nichts vergleichbares, wenn man mit DHL arbeitet.
