We have used this app for many years to guide our archery customers to find the correct components for their specific arrow shaft.
I'm happy to say that the service we have received from NexusMedia over the years has been excellent. Whenever we have had an issue, no matter if it's a big one or a small one, we have been able to depend on a speedy response, clear and concise communication, and a dedication to our satisfaction with the app.
The most recent issue I had was swiftly resolved by Kateryna and Nina.
I do recommend this app - it was a bit time consuming on the front end getting the database loaded, but the help it provides our customers is priceless, and saves us from answering the "what fits my arrow" question on a daily basis.

Customer service is top tier for a shoppify app. real people and real responses quickly. In our case we sell auto parts with over 75000 products. The fact this can manage that in a autonomous way is amazing. Highly reccomended.
