Webgility helped me with uploading a missing order from one of my seller sources and also assisted in having credit memos created to show refunds on orders in QuickBooks. Vipin, was a great help and helped to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

I highly recommend Webgility. The support is stellar and they are always very friendly and helpful.
Devendra was most helpful and solved my issue IMMEDIATELY. He even stayed on the phone with me to ensure the download and sync was entirely complete. Very satisfied!! Dawn at Treats for Chickens

For years I spent many hours manually adding transactions to Quickbooks. As my business grew my accounting became sloppy. I needed a better solution. I tried a local accountant but they had no clue how to integrate Shopify, PayPal and Amazon sales, shipping and fees into Quickbooks. I am new to Webgility and it is a very powerful accounting system. Their free three two-hour 'onboarding' Zoom meetings got me started. If I encounter any questions they are instantly (almost) available to help. Accounting used to be a time-consuming headache for me and it appears that Webgility has solved my dilemma. OH! I am using Quickbooks Desktop 2020 and Webgility Advanced An Update March 23, 2023: Here at Hummingbird Market we have been using Webgility for a long while. Now I do not even think about accounting. Webgility transparently keeps track of my Shopify, PayPal and Amazon orders and automatically transfers all the pertinent data to my desktop Quickbooks Premier Manufacturing and Wholesale accounting system. Shoeb Khan is my dedicated account manager at Webgility. Should a problem arise he is proactive and quickly resolves any issues---but there are really none. Accounting used to be a tedious task for us but Webgility makes it easy.

I am using Quickbooks Enterprise and was unable to connect to my Webgibility but received assistance from Smita and she was amazing. Best help I have received in a very long time.

Worked with support agent to migrate database from old server to new server and the program started working fine. Using Webgility to manage orders in Quickbooks POS and inventory management
