I am new to the app, but so far, the customer service has been very helpful. I have yet to get everything up and running fully, so I am hoping there will be no issues/ complaints going forward.

They had a speedy response and very friendly when helping me remove the EcomSend branding for the email pop up feature all for FREE!

I recommend the app, easy to use, the support is reactive, they have removed the branding instantly after asking them. I recommend it.

I justtttt downloaded the app. I had questions and Elly very, very quickly answered them for me. For this to be an app I've just downloaded, she was very honest with me and it definitely reassured me I made the right decision choosing this app! Only had the app a short while however Mig from support was amazing, very helpful and polite.
