Editorify seems to have many shortcomings in its service. The slow response time, numerous bugs, and lack of technical guidance and assistance for customers are serious issues. Despite having the advantage of working with major Ecommerce companies in Southeast Asia, expanding to other platforms for learning and broadening Ecommerce presence could be beneficial. However, if technical problems and poor service persist, it can be quite disappointing for customers. The comparison with services like judge.me, which offer assistance and guidance without any cost, is an important point of evaluation. Giving a 1-star rating is already quite generous considering the experience i've had. Hopefully, Editorify can address these issues to improve customer experience in the future, especially for its CEO's attention.

UPDATE - I am in the process of refreshing my website. I am so happy to see the updates that that been implemented to the App. I had a few tweaks that were needed and the team was very quick to address them. Again - really recommend the app. Wonderfully easy to use. I used it to pull in my Etsy reviews onto my Shopify website. I had a few questions and the team was quick to respond and extremely helpful. I highly recommend the app.

This is a great Review Importer App. This app worked as soon as I installed it. I only needed some help changing a page background color and Moshe from support fixed the problem right away. This app has a lot of options and I like the ability to block reviews that contain certain keywords or certain star ratings. You don't need to show a one-star review on your site because your customer is mad at the post office. I highly recommend this app and its customer service. Update 11/25/2020-I am still using this app. Since my first review, additional features have become available and the features are very useful. Pop up reviews and Showcase pages to name two. Anyway, the customer service is still great. This is a must have app. First reviewed March 7, 2019.

Been using this app for over a year and they are the best for the price plus I add a issue that I need to custom an I explain if they can do what I want are I got to hit the theme keener up an they fix it in less than 5 mins amazing service use them you won’t regret it.

I use the app to bring in reviews and its a pretty easy process. The team at Editorify is super helpful if you have any issues. Great price too for all that they do. I love it
