Editorify ‑ Product Reviews

This company stands behind it's product. In general it works well for what is needed. The customer service rep helped me with getting my product review layout colors right and they configured it all for me. The only thing I can see for improvement is the implementation of Etsy reviews as it takes some time since you can only load 4 at a time. But if you have patience, you'll get your reviews up and then it will help to generate sales. Overall pleased with the experience so far!

The app is easy to use and you can choose which reviews you want to add. I would highly recommend it. Customer service is very good and they solved my issue quickly when I didn't see the product reviews showing up on the homepage.

I wasn't able to upload reviews toi my a couple of my products. Contacted support from Editorify and service was great and very responsive. Managed to solve it in a couple of hours.

I found a few things lacking when I first tried out this app. I spoke to support, and they addressed those issues. All in the course of about two weeks. How many apps do you know of where the developer will competently add features upon request in just two weeks? This app's support and development team really stand out.

I’ve never written an app review before but the support is so great for Editorify I had to make time! Moshe is sooo helpful and responsive you can’t go wrong. Only issue I have is switching over to this new review app I have to enter all my current Shopify reviews manually to match new reviews set up. Otherwise it’s fairly easy to import reviews from Etsy.

I used this app to help me import reviews from a variety of websites. I really like how it does this as I have more control of where to import the reviews from as sometimes the suppliers do not always have the most relevant reviews so you have to go elsewhere to get them. I would be nice if it would automatically put the star rating by the price within the store theme and the full reviews at the bottom of the page. I did required support as I could not figure out how to do the above. It was quick and finished and I was grateful.

If someone leaves less than 5 stars for this app, that means they don't know how to use it. Customer service is very helpful, they actually do everything for you. Thanks to you guys!

I used this app to import my reviews from ETSY. I’m not overly technical and I needed help. I got an email response within 20 minutes and Mike walked me thru the process. I have a better understanding of the process now and was happy that I could actually connect with a live person. Thank you.

I ran into a few issues with products not showing up and settings not registering correctly. I contacted customer support and had the pleasure of working with Mike. He was fast to respond and immediately set out to resolve my issues. He was great at keeping me in the loop about what was going on and was able to correct everything super fast! He gave me exceptional customer service!
