Editorify ‑ Product Reviews

Editorify is a fantastic app with even better support. Lightweight, fast, and highly configurable. Perfect presentation of reviews, I am super pleased!

I had a hard time importing the reviews from my Etsy shop to shopify because other Apps can't convert the CSV files and Etsy only gives you CSV files. Editorify solved all the headaches!! It's super easy to import all the reviews with pictures! So happy with it.

Fast with good customer service. It is very suitable for beginners. Hopefully after a while of use. If I no longer use the app, after that i still keep all reviews because already paid the cost before. Not completely lost, after the end of the contract. Thank you so much.

I found a few things lacking when I first tried out this app. I spoke to support, and they addressed those issues. All in the course of about two weeks. How many apps do you know of where the developer will competently add features upon request in just two weeks? This app's support and development team really stand out.

Editorify is the answer to our reviewing needs! We've used quite a few review apps before finding Editorify and were disappointed in the functionality of them. We wanted a simple review platform that people can just click the stars they want and submit it, no requirements for name, email, etc.and Editorify delivers just that

I’ve never written an app review before but the support is so great for Editorify I had to make time! Moshe is sooo helpful and responsive you can’t go wrong. Only issue I have is switching over to this new review app I have to enter all my current Shopify reviews manually to match new reviews set up. Otherwise it’s fairly easy to import reviews from Etsy.

App functionality works well without any problems and I can see that the team is continuously working on developments. The support is REALLY great! Actually, it is the best support that I have received so far within Shopify. The team answered to my questions very fast and they even helped me to adjust the editorify app features to my current theme without any hesitation! I definitely recommend this app!

I ran into a few issues with products not showing up and settings not registering correctly. I contacted customer support and had the pleasure of working with Mike. He was fast to respond and immediately set out to resolve my issues. He was great at keeping me in the loop about what was going on and was able to correct everything super fast! He gave me exceptional customer service!

UPDATE - I am in the process of refreshing my website. I am so happy to see the updates that that been implemented to the App. I had a few tweaks that were needed and the team was very quick to address them. Again - really recommend the app. Wonderfully easy to use. I used it to pull in my Etsy reviews onto my Shopify website. I had a few questions and the team was quick to respond and extremely helpful. I highly recommend the app.
