I have had this app for a couple of years. I use a few of their apps. Making changes is very difficult. I have sent one message via Shopify and one email directly to them with no response. Other reviews say "No coding", that's wrong. Trying to make adjustments now, and it's very difficult. I will star looking for other options for all of their apps unfortunately.

$50 for email templates, seems a little outrageous since there are tons of free ones on Google. Save your money...

It would be 1-star, but at least it's only a one-time purchase, unless you change your mind on the template you buy.

Thanks for the review, and sorry to hear you found the cost of the app prohibitive. Just to clarify, a purchase does not give you 1 email template.

Each email theme gives you all 27 email templates that Shopify supports, for a one-time payment of $49. This includes free updates for life (including any new emails Shopify adds to their system), advanced features like Product Recommendations and of course great customer support if you need it.

Each email is professionally designed, customizable using the in-app editor and specifically coded to work with the Shopify email system, using the correct Liquid variables etc.

I'd be careful with anything you find on Google. What will you do if they don't work correctly, Shopify updates something, or new emails are added?

Free to Install??? Sure, but then $100 to buy templates - other charges "MAY APPLY". I'd like to see a basic confirmation template that I can use to try out the UI editing capabilities before I pay for something that may not meet our requirements.

Thanks for the feedback, and apologies you didn't see the pricing clearly before installing the app. The price of the templates are shown in the "Pricing" section of the Shopify App Store Listing. Unfortunately Shopify does not allow us to customize the text at the top of the Shopify App Store Listing :(

Note: You can edit and try all of the designs in the UI editor before deciding if you would like to purchase it. In other words, you can try the app as much as you like, and for as long as you like, before deciding to purchase the email theme and publish it in your store.
