Eprolo has become my first choice for fulfilling orders for my online store, not only are shipping options very good for cost and speed, but the customer service is great too. Yang at Eprolo has been great at resolving any issues that have come up and very fast to respond emails too.
We received our first order but didn't know what to do next to process it. We reached out to Rick in the chat window and hey presto! we were sent the next step on how to fulfill the customers order with screen shots and a detailed description! Great support and quick response time.

They are really trying and to sync your product to Shopify is very fast and easy. The only thing I noticed is that the weight in kg or grams is not sync directly with the product. That’s the only reason am give 4 stars. I hope they fix that asap. but for the rest is awesome. Give it a try and see for yourself.

This app is very efficient and working with Yang has been an unexpected bonus. Her expertise and resourcefulness is unmatched! Yang is proactive to resolve issues instantaneously on the spot and remains in constant communication notwithstanding time zone differences. She is awesome and I am always amazed with her perfection!

This is the most awful company ever. They found the worst supplier to ship products, and I’ve had multiple customers not only complaining about the quality but also receiving damaged items—and even used products. I was furious and had to refund them.
When I reported this to the agent and explained how bad the quality was, they requested that I upload images of all the damaged items. But the problem was that I had already refunded my customers, and I felt AWFUL enough about the situation. When I followed up with the agent, all she said was that only a partial refund could be issued, since I only submitted some images and not all.
Her attitude was dismissive, like she didn’t care at all. This is honestly the most unprofessional and frustrating company I’ve ever dealt with. By the way, the agent’s name was Tammy. If you ever come across her, my advice is: RUN!
