Very happy with Eprolo. They have great customer support and a good selection of their own products on hand. I love how easy it is to use and fantastic for importing aliexpress products, made so easy. Tracking number in 12 hours or less and I can choose the shipping method while paying for an order. No complaints about shipping times either. I just need to get busy and add more products. So far, everything has been great with them.

Amazing service and store products. Every order is shipped in time and the packaging is quite amazing leaving no room for error or damage.

I would highly recommend this app because they are very helpful especially Ashley with responding so fast and helping me and there shipping and processing times are very quick they will never ignore a question you have and they have some great products and good cheap prices and product quality is really good. Keep up your hard work and you will get more and more customers that will uses your fast and simple and reliable app

I have been asking them to delete my account for over 2 weeks, and they have not done it. I don't know why this is so hard for them to do. Just delete my account already! Ticket #SEJT0: Delete My Account

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS APP. The support is really terrible even though they SAY they have 24/7 support -- they don't. Product selection is very limited, plus all the products that they DO have do not have accurate sizing, photos and information. Shipping is expensive and unreliable, tracking information is not correct (tracking numbers are fake or non-existent). The worst part is, they will SPAM you with emails saying that your Eprolo account has a new order -- even if the order is meant for a different vendor/supplier. This app will try to hijack EVERY SINGLE ORDER that comes in, even if it isn't meant for them. STAY AWAY!!!!!

This app/company just sucks, period. Shopify should not have them listed on the app store.

@Shopify you guys need to get rid of this horrible app!

I am still fighting with this company to delete all my information. they won't do it, they are making it so difficult. First they said they needed the tech team do delete my data, and now they are saying that my agent is the only one who can do this. BE CAREFUL with this company. Once they have your information they won't let it go. I am about to hire a lawyer to sue them to get my data deleted. This is getting so out of hand.

They never deleted my information. I reached out to Shopify support, I've spoken to my "account manager", I've emailed back and forth for weeks, and they still have not deleted my account information. These people are the worst. I give up. I don't have time to continue fighting these incompetent fools.

I like the app and the product variety it offers, the product quiality is good and delivery is quite fast and reliable. The help desk also respond promtly. Up to this point, all functions have been operating seamlessly. Without hesitation, I award this app a 5-star rating!

Eprolo Is the easiest dropshipping app to use on shoplify it also has fast shipping time with tracking numbers. Eprolo will be my long term aliexpress supplier going forward Shopify store Rockstaricedout

So far I am quite pleased with Eprolo. Irving has been very helpful with all of my questions on products. I email him quite often and he has never once missed replying to me. I am hoping to have have my website go live on Sep 1st so I will revisit my review after I do test orders. One thing that is a little frustrating is that when an item imports into my Shopify, the weight changes from g to lbs but the number is not converted so I have to manually put it back to g. I wish I would have researched their AliExpress importing better. I wasn't aware that the price and shipping of those items aren't correct until you send a test order to Eprolo for a price quote. So I have quite a bit of editing ahead of me. But as long as Shipping and ordering run smoothly, I will continue to utilize Eprolo.
