I had a question regarding the countdowns, so I contacted support

On their app, it said they might take a few hours to get back to me — but that wasn’t true!

Within minutes, Samuel reached out and answered my question:

“Does the countdown show in my time zone or the customer’s time zone?”

He patiently explained (several times, with great detail) that everyone around the world sees the same remaining time — meaning the timer doesn’t adjust based on the customer’s location.

Because of that, I now understand that when I set it to end on “Date X, 12 AM,” it’s my 12 AM, not theirs!

I installed the app a couple of weeks ago and first published my countdown timer banner today and it works like a dream no problems setting it up or publishing it on my website. I had one question and Sebastian was quick to answer it in a very helpful way. So far can't fault the app. Thank you. Further to using the app everything went smoothly

Very easy to use and set up! We have just launched our first countdown banner and we are excited to see reporting / results. I do wish there was more internal flexibility on the client side to manipulate the design rather than requesting support every time, but glad to hear that they are working on updating the app so that a client user can do just that!
