Customer service was very helpful in figuring out how to fix my hang ups I had with the app. It's not easy to figure out at first but I was able to manage. Be aware that category quotas (when you create a category) is limited to 10 and if you use and delete one it "counts" as one of the 10. I wasn't aware of this but the customer service, after explaining the situation, added back a large number for me to play around with and figure it out. Thanks!
