I have been very happy with all the help and prompt responses I've received. I just recently started my Shopify (with the hopes of leaving etsy/ebay one day). It's been a steep learning curve. Out of the things I have been learning and exploring, this app has been phenomenal. Things are explained to me with patience and clarity. Help seems to be always available.
I would highly recommend this app in general, but especially if you're like me (afraid to cut the etsy cord). Inventory tracking and shipping consolidation.. chefs kiss! Kind of like training wheels. Plus I like the ability to select sequential plans as I grow.
