I love this app and the support is top notch. I no longer have to manually add my listings to Etsy from my Shopify store. This app saves me so much time, and is easy to start using right away. It is self explanatory, and the few occasions that I have contacted support were amazing. They thoroughly review the issue, explain it, fix it, and tell you what you watch for so that you don't encounter the error again in the future. That is exactly the kind of answers I expect from customer service, but rarely do other apps or platforms meet that expectation. I highly recommend this app!

The support I have received, firstly when setting up the App and later with any issues I have had, has been excellent. It takes a bit of set up in order to get going but overall I found it relatively easy to manage, and I am not a tech savvy person! Linking our orders and products from Shopify to Etsy has saved us so much time. Fab App!

The customer service is quick and very helpful! Works perfectly for integrating shopify products to etsy.
Talk about high quality service. Getting started is a little complicated when you are new to all this but they have incredible service. I spoke with a Nidhi and I must have asked her about 10 different questions and everytime, she gladly assisted me by completing the tasks for me!
My inventory is over 900 products and it has sync'd to Etsy. Finally an app that works!
