Dealt with Amit who set the app up for me. He understood my requirements perfectly and made sure the app matched with the design on my site. Much more helpful that the support team of many other apps I have dealt with on the Shopify app store.

I've searched for an app that would work for my one of a kind products. Most apps attach to the product specifically so for unique items, they don't work. (although you can also set it up that way). This app works perfectly for me. Also, after looking at so many I was so confused so Kemi offered to set it up for me...and at no extra fee like many of the apps out there! They are quick to respond and eager to help. Now my customers can see what other people are saying about my work.

1/12/23 I had complaints from customers that they were unable to upload testimonials. I was also billed twice for the month of December. I reported the issue, access to my store was requested and given, after a week nothing was done and I received no communication from the company. I also received no refund for the double charge.

So far I give it 10 stars for customer support. Kemi has been BEYOND helpful in assisting me with set up. App is working great. I am really looking forward to the positive impact it will have on my sales.

I needed a simple and seamless app for reviews. I dislike coding and leave immediately when an app requires it for installation. I love the fact that it automatically installs it on the most impactful page, “home page.” And I have the option to add it on my product pages as well. First time using customer service last night; well early morning 4am, and they were most helpful. Definitely a keeper app.

Afreedi was great! The response time was pretty quick. So the customer service is great. I haven't used the app yet so I will review that later. But awesome customer service! Review update - App is very easy to use and no glitches.
