I initially had a very frustrating experience trying to migrate the blog part of my Squarespace website to Shopify. I couldn't make the spreadsheet work despite going through the tutorials. Maris got in touch personally and generously offered to help me out. He listened to what I was struggling with and we found a solution and in the end my blog was successfully migrated! I did not expect to receive such personalised help and am really grateful.

Seems a little overwhelming at first due to the amount of data a store has, but definitely understandable. By far, one of the best investments we ever made. It took forever updating basic things on shopify, and we were able to edit very important things in seconds! We're still learning the app, but we are definitely keeping this app. Great job!

Great app, simply great app! We're a Canadian shop with some inventory issues with Google shopping and we needed a special format file to export inventory to google shopping. Maris at customer support is the one that answered my call for help. That is the best part of this app, the customer service is simply perfect, right away I had an answer from them and they were already on my case at first they determined what was my problem and they got it right away. I needed some specific data to export so they customize the layout and it worked on the first time. Now I won't get my product removed from google merchant and I'm a happy person ;) again, it's a monthly fee that you should put on the grocery list if you need to export data. Thanks a lot to Maris who answered all my questions and solve all my requests in a couple of hours. Thanks to excelify for being that adaptive. Big thumbs up to all of you. I'll definitely recommend the app.

If you have a high volume store you need this app for bulk upgrades. It works wonderfully. I was able to bulk update all of my URL's, handles, and alt-text for images in less than an hour. So nice.

Fast and friendly customer support. App does exactly what it is intended to do -- make importing and exporting data to your Shopify store easier. Improvements are always being developed, including being able to schedule exports so I can save the file for backup of product data.
