Sorry but for the price, it is just too much manual work. Constantly fixing the errors that could have been fixed autmatically by the app...
forced type [string] does not match type in definition [single_line_text_field]
Why can't you check the metafield definition before you define the type in the import file?
Another thing we didn't like is the product rewrites: it would have been good if it would also create the actual rewrites from the old products (e.g. Magento export) to the new products that are being created - it is not that difficult...

About Metafield types: we are actually checking the Metafield definitions in your store. To do that, please, do not specify the Metafield type in the import file (put just "Metafield: ." - and then we will match it with type from your definition). If you force a specific type, then we respect your forced type. If we ignored it, then it would cause frustrating error for others.
About product rewrites: we will be happy to improve this logic for you, or explain how to achieve it with existing functionality. We will need additional information about your expected use-case.
